Security breach averted at Farooq Abdullah’s house in Jammu, intruder shot dead.In a massive security breach at former J&K CM and National Conference president Farooq Abdullah’s house in Jammu, an intruder who tried to forcibly enter the house was shot dead by the CRPF personnel guarding the house. The intruder rammed his car at the entrance of Abdullah’s house and continued to drive his SUV till the garden area. He then entered the main lobby of the house and ransacked the glass table and pictures hanging from the wall. The intruder further tried to climb the stairs of the house leading to the bedroom when the CRPF personnel shot him dead. The intruder has been identified as Murad Ali Shah, a resident of Jammu and a case has been registered in the matter. Farooq Abdullah, a Lok Sabha MP from Srinagar constituency and a Z-plus protectee was away in Delhi for the ongoing Monsoon session of the Parliament.
